Where is everybody getting this information that the abs are primarily slow twitch? If they were, they wouldn’t be, as you said, important for all explosive movement like you said. Besides, your muslces ratio of slow to fast twitch varies from person to person (genetics), but as a good rule, it’s between 50-60% fast twitch
