Angelo Nunez fighting Oscar De La Hoya at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills. The fight was stopped due to a headbutt that cut Angelo above the eye. Petitioned CA State Atheltic commission for rematch. Never happened. Oscar called Angelo a few months later and asked if he would come to Big Bear and help him get ready for upcoming title shots.
